30-Day Returns
Return any full-price item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Free UK Returns
We provide a prepaid return label for all UK returns. Simply email us with your order number and we'll send one within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Start a return and note your preferred exchange. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your item, subject to availability.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Allow a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
